Art. 12. The energy consumers, liable to energy auditing according to article.17, are required

to perform energy management by:

1. Prepare periodically at least once a year an analysis report on total and relative fuel and

energy consumption

2. Prepare programs for improvement of the energy efficiency

3. Implement all energy conservation measures stated in the program from section 2.

Art. 17. (1) All energy consumers with annual energy consumption above the limits

stated in item 2 are liable to energy auditing .
