Introduction• The SSCASV Annual Meeting is conducted each March

• It provides a summary of events that occurred in our community since our last Annual Meeting,current community issues, and the election of the 2014-15 Board of Directors (BoD).*

2013-14 In Review

* ROAD REPAIR!!!!!!!!- Previous bid package to redesign West End was ~$100K, with possibility of increases- West End repaved cost was $35,210.82. Part of the cost was covered by funds not used when East End was “resealed” - Special Thanks to Paul V. and Elaine K.

* Pre-emergent effort - Scheduled 08 Mar 13- Had to reschedule due to inclement weather

Reserve Account Funds: $120,661.18

Operating Checking Account: $ 19,652.29

Total Cash: $140,313.47

FY 14 Operational Budget: $47,235

Contribution to Reserves: $20,102

Total FY 14 Budget: $67,337

Income from Assessments: $67,200

Difference will be cover by transfer income ($300 per house)

SSCA BoD GOAL is to maintain an adequate reserve fund

Without Volunteers the alternative would be to hire someone to do those tasks being done by volunteers.. This would greatly increase assessments.
