Locate Siebel_Install_Image_81\8.1.1.0\Windows\Client\Siebel_Tools\Disk1\install folder from
the install files
Double click oui.exe, this will launch the installed.

Right click on the pop-up bar and select Allow Blocked Content
Exit out of Internet Explorer to continue the install
After downloaded, click Finish and exit the install wizard.
Install Sample Datebase
Locate Siebel_Install_Image_81\8.1.1.0\Windows\Client\Siebel_Sample_Database folder from the install
files
Double click install.exe, this will launch the installed.

Click browse to select which folder the Sample Database is loaded into

Linking Siebel Web Client and Sample Database
Locate and Copy the Windows Explorer address C:\Siebel\8.1\Client_2\SAMPLE

Relocate using Windows Explorer to C:\Siebel\8.1\Tools_1\BIN\ENU
Locate and open using the WordPad file tools.cfg

Scroll down to locate the [Sample] section in the ConnectString row
Paste C:\Siebel\8.1\Client_2\SAMPLE before \UTF8\see_samp.dbf q m x
Save the WordPad and exit
