In 2014 Clean and Safe collected almost 7000 used syringes, just from the downtown Portland area...

SHRp was been created for the City of Portland residents & public health officers that deal with the disposal of syringes. In addition it will help those struggling with drug addiction.

Possession of used syringes can lead to ARREST and PROSECUTION. This paradigm encourages users to dispose of syringes in a manner that is dangerous to themselves and the residents of Portland.
