design an integrated cycle track and greenway network for the entire city.

• Ensure seamless connectivity from bus and rail-based mass rapid transit stations to other modes, including bus, para-transit, walking, and cycling.

1. Ending the footpath with abrupt curbs is not acceptable

2. Lowering the entire footpath to the level of the carriageway is unacceptable as property entrances may become waterlogged
