The date falls one week after Daytona’s Rolex 24 and one week before qualifying for the Daytona 500… right when Canadian racers and fans are starting to think about getting ready for the upcoming racing season.

The Canadian Motorsports Expo will once again take place at the International Centre, but this year – for the first time in the show’s existence – it will take place in Hall 5. The giant 100,000 square foot space has no pillars, obstructions or internal walls, thereby providing an ideal venue in which to showcase the hundreds of exhibitors, tracks, series, vendors and racing vehicles that will fill the hall!

Promotion, promotion, promotion.

The advertising and promotional campaign for the 8th Annual Canadian Motorsports Expo will consist of radio, newspaper, magazine and online ads aimed at racing and automotive industry members and enthusiasts.

The Inside Track ‘family of publications’ (Inside Track Motorsport News, Inside Motorcycles and Inside MotoX & Off Road) will aggressively promote the CME with traditional advertising and prominent articles on show features and content. We’ll also employ our own websites and social media outlets (Facebook and Twitter), as well as in-store promotions at relevant locations.

We anticipate a promotional and marketing budget in excess of $75,000, commencing Fall 2013, with an intense push starting three weeks out from the start of the show.

The CME will also benefit from an aggressive PR campaign by Inside Track Communications, the industry leader when it comes to motorsports-related media relations services.
