The Shore South Section Extensive public consultation on a set of draft designs took place during April this year. The main aim of these proposals was to reduce trac along the Shore and promote a stronger Café Culture in the area. The feedback received from the consultation has been used to develop the nal design which is now being presented. The project is funded by: • The Council’s Roads Maintenance Capital • The Council’s Neighbourhood Environment Projects • The Council’s Neighbourhood Revenue • Heritage Lottery Fund • Historic Scotland Works are due to start on site in October 2011 and should be complete by April 2012.
