To help alleviate this situaon, NTT provides an Emergency Message Service, which can be used to leave a message for friends and family or to hear messages from others. The length of one message must be 30 seconds or less. It will be saved for 48 hours from when it is first recorded. You can save up to 10 messages from the same phone number.
