THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE FORUM
1. President – To ensure complete func>oning
of the forum as per guidelines defined by Shiv Yog Interna>onal.
2. Vice-‐president – Responsible for all finances related to the forum. Inflow and ouUlow of funds, divine shop sales, membership contribu>ons etc.
3. Secretary – To maintain all MIS data related to events, expenses, divine shop sales, aBendance, mee>ng minutes etc. Interac>ng with the central management to share all relevant data points, reports on defined frequency and in defined template.
THE HIERARCHAL REPORTING STRUCTURE OF SHIV YOG INTERNATIONAL FORUM
• The above pyramids is self-‐explanatory. • Each level has set of responsibili>es that board needs to fulfill. • For the first year there will be only two levels -‐ Shiv Yog Forum
board and Forum Member. As these members perform they will be promoted to upper levels in the next year.

ABOUT THE FORUM
REQUIREMENTS TO START A FORUM
MEMBERS A forum must have a minimum of 30 members to start with and have 3 references each.

REFERENCES The members should have 3 references each.
OFFICIAL DETAILS All the 30 members must have their official SYIDs and their profiles must be complete with all details
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA Details of the geographical area covered by the forum needs to be provided.
CORE TEAM Names of the core team – President, Vice President, Secretary and they must meet all the applicable criteria.
MEMBERSHIP FEE There will be a nominal membership fee for each member of the forum as a contribu>on towards expenses incurred for administra>on, live streaming, internet services etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for holding weekly events at a fixed >me and
venue.

A^er the forum ini>a>on approval is granted, The forum will form the following commiBees within the forum:

AWARENESS / PR COMMITTEE
FORUM OPERATIONS: REQUIREMENTS
• Forum commiBees should have at least 5 members.
• Performance of the forum will be evaluated. • Office bearers will be in rota>on.
• Good work done by the forum will be evaluated.
• Progress Report to be provided.
Repor>ng will happen via a robust MIS which is currently in progress and the format will be shared at a later date.
REPORTING //
Shiv Yog Interna>onal will have various levels of repor>ng built into the system to ensure smooth func>oning of the forums as per guidelines defined.
HOW TO INITIATE / JOIN
PROCESS TO INITIATE A SHIV YOG INTERNATIONAL FORUM
Complete the profile in webapp and share SYID.
Details of the core team – President, Vice president and Secretary. The aBached form needs to be completed by them.
Provide a list of names of 30 members. This can be men>oned in the form.
Provide details of the Venue for Weekly Event and the Geographical area to be covered by the forum.
