Every year the Government of Uttar Pradesh (Department of Tourism), in association with Noida (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority) and Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, organises Shilpotsav, a kaleidoscope of art, cuisine, fashion and shopping, in Noida. The event provides manufacturers, artisans and big business houses from cottage and small scale industries with a rare opportunity to showcase their unique products to the people from various walks of life.

Noida personifies aesthetics of urbanisation. Its growth and prosperity are enshrined in its capacity to excel. Its potential is boundless, endeavouring to cover a holistic spectrum of possibilities into its canvas of activities.

shilpotsaV – 2014

With this backdrop, “Shilpotsav – 2014” will be organised in Noida from 11 Oct to 20 Oct, 2014. With a theme of Futuristic Shopping, first three days (11 Oct-13 Oct, 2014) tourism promotional events/activities of respective state will be organised. State tourism department/boards, tour operators, travel agents, hoteliers and tourism boards of foreign countries will showcase their products. Around 500 stalls food courts will adorn the venue while serving the visitors with various handicrafts, artifacts and works of art along with Mughlai, Chinese, Indian and other culinary delicacies.
