Shihezi University MBBS

Shihezi University have been recognized by the Ministry of Education, P.R Chinato enroll international students for the MBBS degree course in an Englishmedium. Shihezi University is also listed in The World Directory of Medical

Universities published by WHO. English is the medium of language to study forthe MBBS course and Chinese is a compulsory subject. The degree course iscovered of two years of basic medical science, three years of clinical sciencetraining and one year of internship. Since the year 2004, the university hasenrolled ten batches of medical students from Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan,Bangladesh, etc into the MBBS degree courses.

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelorof Surgery (MBBS) Program

The MBBS Degree Course is of 5 years + 1 year internship. The students can dointernship at the university hospitals or in their own home country in a hospital

which is recognized by the Ministry of Health of their home country. If any ofthe MBBS students wish to do internship in the hospitals of the university inChina, they must pass HSK examination, as per regulations of MOE of Chinabefore the 6th year internship.

Medium of teaching :-

Shihezi University, School of Medicine has been teaching MBBS courses inEnglish medium since 2004. Most of the faculties have been educated fromprestigious Medical Universities in China. Therefore they can perfectly teach theMBBS degree courses in English medium. School of Medicine is one of the bestand well known in China.

Eligibility:- All applicants must be 18 years of age or above. Applicants must present an official copy of their high school diploma and/or additionalhigher learning certificates.

Applicants must have an excellent academic record in the following subjects: English,Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Every year the students arrive from

India and receive a warm welcome atthe airport. We arrange a special busfrom the airport to the University. Allthe senior students help the newstudents to welcome them in thehostel soon after they arrive, Shihezi

University.
