After graduating with Magna Cum Laude Honors from Western Kentucky University, Shelia entered the apparel industry and became Director of Sales for a major manufacturing firm where she sold to many of the top brands we all know today. This sales position required travel across the U.S., Central America and Europe to highlight the products offered. This is where the transition to Miami in 2001 began and the start of her real estate career. She was a natural at market trends and matching buyers to properties. Being an expert on trends, she saw the distressed market increasing and became a Short Sale Specialist and also obtained the Investor Agent Specialist designation. Shelia quickly rose to the top ranks of sales production in the Miami area and was accepted into the Top 5 in Real Estate Network and became a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Shelia was invited to join the ONE Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2010 and loves the sense of family that comes from working with this luxury firm. What’s most important about Shelia is her un-wavering commitment to her clientele. She is always available and responsive, and her follow up skills are unparalleled. The fact that the majority of her business has become referral-based is the ultimate testament to her success.
