strategic sales process and client excellence programs: Marty Cohen Sales Program, Franklin Covey

• Management Training Courses included Frontline Leadership, along with some additional compliance, service and sales management courses

Administration as we were an SBA lender.• Courses took from Small Business Administration and received

completion certificates– Marketing 101: A Guide to winning customers– Establishing Values– How to write business plan– Strategic Planning– Competitive Analysis– Technology Tools for Business– then discuss it. Some ideas include:

accounts, and Retirement accounts – Passed the Series 6 certification exam. Tell parents when report cards and progress reports will be sent home.
