SHARP NEEDLE POINT Abstract: An established procedure for stitching on fabric was R (round point) would be best possible to achieve neater finish (basic & suitable for fabric).Needle point at R is convex do me shape, having more probability to deflect the fabric while stitching. It had!! Then we been moved to SES point= more acute round point but under the round point classification. However the acuteness is pronounced than round point to the reason tendency of yarn deflection on fabric was lower down but it’s noticeable ( Each intro fabric been developed with special process to achieve special property. Ultimately & final result to transition of product! Emerging issues’ are variety in nature E.g. Scarf chubby, Bandana, sateen & poly satin lining). To avoid completely! The following studies had been done on delicate (Especially on poly satin was more delicate than among) fabric with sharp point. Fabric issue’s on production: SES Point: This one where every SP are following for fabric & to all fabric. Encommon process done with TKT 30 & 40 occasionally thickness of thread had been increased. To the same 100 0r1mm Dia would be suitable size to getting the stitching without any loop on both upper & bobbin. To the same at point needle entering & de-entering after formation of the stitch! Ultimately size of Dia of needle prick would acco unt with thread thickness. Thus result yarn displacements are noticeable.
