• 100% of children transitioning from Part C to Part B Preschool had IEPs by their 3rd birthday

• 100% of the IEPs sampled included measureable postsecondary IEP goals

• 100% of students received an evaluation within 60 days of receipt of parental consent

• 100% of students with intensive special education services were observed to be in need of, and to receive the services as stated on their IEPs
