Located in the financial center of Shanghai, it plays an important role in composing the new skyline of Pudong. With an objective to realize a long-lasting, state-of-the-art office building responding to versatile IT technologies and rising demands from clients, the building is designed with the highest and latest specification standards, sufficient flexibility, and extra building service space. It is composed of a 180m high rise tower and a podium with large shades. In the midst of the area where the super skyscrapers with distinctive façades stand side by side, the design of this building is kept simple focusing on the transparency of its façade to differentiate from other buildings. On the west façade facing the Bund, the world’s largest LED plasma screen is installed for the 150m x 43m visual display.
