What’s in a name?Some people think that a name defines who or what you are. Some people think that Smart Girls Who Surf is just for surfers. Our name was chosen because it reflects who we are and what we do.

We are smart and we surf. We also snowboard, ski, play volleyball, run, swim, and spend time at the beach with our friends.We are outdoors pursuing the sports and hobbies that we love. We are aware of the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and vigilant about protecting our skin. We are in awe of our surroundings and want to take care of our environment.

Our name does define who we are. Although our roots will always be in surfing, we have discovered that our superior sunscreen products can benefit men, women and children that participate in all types of action sports.

While we have decided to expand into other industries, the one principle that we have not compromised is our singular commitment to deliver a high quality sunscreen formula manufactured here in the USA.

Our Spring/Summer 2011 product line-up further extends our commitment to clean skin care, ultimate protection, and education about skin cancer.

This January we will rollout our long-awaited kid’s line, Smart Kids Who Play. The Smart Kid’s line is being introduced to entice and simplify a safe skin care regimen for babies, kids and teens. Our ultimate goal is to make this easy, enjoyable and a habit they will continue year round.

Our custom counter tops and floor displays are fabricated in Southern California to promote each line. Made to optimally display and sell our 4 oz. sunscreen, face sticks, lip balms and gift sets without the confusion of multiple brands mixed up on the shelf. This display conveniently fits on any counter and is super attractive, drawing your customer’s right to it.

Company InformationBecome a PartnerBelow is some essential information you will need to know to partner with us. Please feel free to contact us at any time with questions you may have. We are here to help you succeed in selling our products.

New & Existing AccountsAll new retailers are required to pre-pay initial orders with either a check or a credit card. Initial orders will not be shipped without payment first. After successfully completing three billing cycles, retailers will have the option to receive net 30 days credit. All retailers must complete a credit application prior to receiving credit and are subject to approval and acceptance by Surf-Vival, LLC.

Shipping DatesThe ship date entered on the wholesale form is the date that Surf-Vival, LLC will ship the order from our facility in Laguna Beach, California.

Changes & CancellationsAny changes in orders placed must be made in writing 14 days in advance of ship date. All cancellations must be made in writing 30 days in advance of ship date.

Prices & ShippingAll pricing is subject to change without notice. All shipping charges are billed to retailer. Surf-Vival, LLC will ship either UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

Returns & InventoryPlease carefully inspect all orders as soon as they are received at your facility. Verify number of each SKU ordered and check for any outside damage. Any shortages of or damages to products due to packaging errors must be made via e-mail to [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of package. Returns and exchanges will only be permitted if products are determined to be defective or damaged prior to re-sale.
