FICO Database Integration

Shire GI needed to send out specific data from objects to their medical patients via FICO servers with secure patient information.

We developed a function that receives patient information from a secure database server and creates a record inside the Salesforce platform.

FICO API Work

We setup a Apex Trigger in Salesforce, When the correct patient record is created or edited, the Salesforce tells the APEX Trigger to call the APEX Class, which then send the information from the patient record to FICO for processing.

Data is distributed in a HIPPA compliant automated process with no threat to security.
