A SHARE IN GODS KINGDOM Today concludes a three-week series of Gospel texts in which we have listened to a total of seven parables about the Kingdom. The believer is asked to consider the request that God made of Solomon in todays first reading: Ask something of me and I will give it to you” (1 Kings 3:5). Todays parables about the treasure buried in the field and the pearl of great price should prompt us to answer, A share in your kingdom, O God!Today we discover that the kingdom of God is beyond value, a priceless treasure. Unfortunately, our culture bombards us with things that it believes are priceless treasures—the bigger and beer SUVs, an -aging and an-balding creams and salves, miracle diets, and so much more. A SHARE IN GOD’S KINGDOM

Seventeenth Sunday in Ordinary Time- Stewardship

“The law of Your mouth is to me more

precious than thousands od gold and silver

pieces,” says the psalmist today. Does the

amount of my offering suggest that I could

honestly say the same?

Christian disciples through prayer, the Word, Sacraments and

Evangelization.

The parish office will be open from 8 AM to 12 noon each day to

take your calls and answer questions. The front door of the church

will be opened from 8 AM to 12 Noon Monday thru Friday. Your are

welcome to go in and pray. Please take care of yourself and your

family and follow the guidelines for protecting them.

Msgr. Martin will hear confessions from 5-6pm on Saturdays and on Tuesdays from 5-6pm. Confessions will be heard anonymously in the confessional. Please maintain social distancing. Daily Masses will be held in the main church at 7:30 AM.

Please remember to maintain social distance.

Saturday Mass at 6:00 PM and Sunday Masses at 8:00 AM and

10:30 AM. Please maintain social distancing. People from the

same household may sit together.

Please make plans to attend Mass at one of the regular

scheduled times. If there is an overflow, we will have the

parish hall set up to stream the Mass and Holy Communion will

be distributed in the parish hall.

Adoration Thursday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the main
