· Introduction of TCO : suite of features based on a web browser (Pre-Provisioning Tool and Set-up Tool)

The purpose of the Pre-provisioning Tool is to prepare the configuration for one or

several sites (identified by a site name) with no need to have the equipment(s) physically

connected. This allows a stand-alone configuration preparation e.g. in back office.

The Set-up tool allowing the user to apply in the element, the prepared configuration.

At the present time, TCO, and particularly configuration settings via TCO are recommended:- For people who are not familiar with 1320CT. For a first installation in order to allow antenna alignment.

o This applies particularly for installation teams if commissioner is not present on site.

For instance when IDU has to reset because of some configuration changes the communication is automatically restarted. .In case of disconnection of E3/DS3 input on active board, LOS (loss of signal) alarm displayed but EPs dose not switch, this is corrected in release R2.0.4 and new plug in board..Additional feature named (NAT yes/no) to allow the network management through routers using NAT protocol. In this case the NMS IP address recognition is inhibited..Support of multi-shifter ODU’s able to operate with several shifters described in shifter list. Example: 18 GHz ODU able to operate either with 1008 MHz or 1010 MHz..Data Ethernet feature: Auto-negotiation and rate status..Flash card corrupted after repeated switch off/on.
