Bearing stabilization test : In this process spindle runs at maximum speed , so that bearing should adjust and set according to spindle conditon . In this process temperature should not exceed +10 degree Celsius of room temperature. If temperature raised , then again repeat the procedure for a duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Assembly process: Material expends , when temperature raise up to 80- 100 degree Celsius . So that easily assemble on to spindle shaft

Clamping force test is done during after completion of repairing process. To check quality parameters of after service.
