SCENARIO:

Computers are not very intelligent devices, but they handle instructions flawlessly and fast. They must follow explicit directions from both the user and computer programmer. Computers are really nothing more than a very powerful calculator with some great accessories. Applications like word processing and games are just a very complex math problem.

There are lot of computer ware today that need to know by computer user. Begin from hardware and tools, then how to set up a set of a computer using a manual documentation. As a professional technician, an industry need to set up five unit Personal Computer to use and upgrade the computer system at the industry. Thus, I need to make an overall report about the work that I’ve done.

Work Chonology Method

1. Check for damaged packaging.

2. Unpack hardware.

a) When pick or receive the package, You must sure that package are in right condition before accept or sign the receiving. Check and make sure the package condition are not damage or bad condition. Safety: Please make sure the package are at flat , dry and commodius space .

a) Cut the upper seal of the package using knife. Safety: Be caution with knife and be carefully when unpacking the package and cut it carefully to avoid cut on finger.

b) To unpack, carefully invert the box firmly to ease when get it out from the package.

c) Take the box out from the hardware.Safety : Make it firmly and caution the pack

d) As a good consumer and technician, First after unpack it, check the pack. Make sure it all are in the package.

e) Keluarkan komponen dari kotak.f) Letakkan komponen komputer di tempat yang rata

dan lapang.

Note: anda di kehendaki mencari maklumat mengenai spesifikasi komponen-komponen tersebut.

a) Periksa keadaan komponen komputer.b) Catatkan komponen yang rosak.

a) Periksa sekali lagi komponen komputer yang hendak di pasang.

b) Catatkan nama bagi komponen-komponen yang hendak di pasang.

a) Mulakan kaedah pemasangan komponen-komponen tersebut.Note: pastikan kawasan di sekitar adalah rata dan lapang.

Safety: pastikan alat-alat yang digunakan untuk memasang komponen tidak diselerakkan untuk menjauhkan kemalangan.
