I have tried the chatbot of Expedia and the chatbot of Ask Ana.

Expedia respond quite quicky in minutes, while Kayak didn't answer:

But as Expedia says we can't have any information about the price, we need to call or go on the website. So this chatbot is no really helpfull.

On Ask Ana, it is not really a chatbat because you can't write your own question, you need to choose a existing question:

So it is not a personnalized answer.

I think it is quite hard to use because you have to wait for an answer for hours. I prefer to go directly to have the information that I need on the website. Moreover, I don't feel like that they can help you, they will just say "call us" or "go on our website".

It is the same for SNCF, they say go on our website. I would prefer, if they say "when do you go ?" "From which country?"
