Brad Salazar, City and County of Denver, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Fleet Management Director

Brad Salazar has served citizens of the City and County of Denver as a dedicated fleet professional for the last 21 years. Brad started as an On-call Technician and was quickly hired as a full-time employee. He has since promoted through multiple Technician positions, Supervisor, Operations Manager and currently is the Fleet Director for Fleet Management, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver. Brad oversees over 2,400 pieces of fleet on a $16,000,000 annual budget with 93 employees. He is a devoted husband and father who enjoys his time with his family. Brad believes in an open-door policy, walk arounds, and being accessible to his employees. He values and empowers his employees by utilizing their suggestions in the decision-making process. Brad also is a member of Fleet Professional Organizations and volunteers with ADA organizations. He is LEAN Black Belt certified. Brad holds a

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
