This is a condensed version of the 16-hour course. You must attend all day to take the certification
exam. Lunch is on your own.

Purchasing a ServSafe Course Book
A 7th edition ServSafe Manager book is used for this class. Books can be purchased (be sure it includes an answer sheet - not a voucher) from the link provided in the confirmation e-mail you receive when you register on the MSU Extension website www.canr.msu.edu/servsafe/events.Books may also be purchased at the Jackson and Washtenaw MSU Extension offices. If your book does not have an exam answer sheet, you may purchase one for $35 from the class instructor.
