១. ���កម�របស់��ុមហ៊ុន EZECOM/Telcotech មិន�ប់ប���ល�រផ�ល់ឧបករណ៍ កុំព���ទ័រ ឬ���ក Software �មួយ��លអតិថិជន���វ�រ�ើម��ីត���ប់����មួយ��ុមហ៊ុន�ះ�� ។

២. �រត��ើងមិន�ប់ប���លនូវឧបករណ៍�ំង�យ��ល��ើស���ប់���ប់��ព័ន��ះ�� �ើក��ង��ឧបករណ៍�ះ�នទិញ ឬជួលពី��ុមហ៊ុន EZECOM/Telcotech ។

ឧបករណ៍��ល� របស់��ុមហ៊ុន EZECOM/Telcotech �ើយ�នត��ើង���ប់ជូន�មកិច���ម��ៀង��ះ នឹង���វ����គល់ជូន��ុមហ៊ុនវ�ញក��ង���ន�ព�ើម (�ើក��ង�រសឹក

��ចរ�លធម��) ���លប��ប់កិច���ម��ៀង��ះ។ �រមិន��គល់ឧបករណ៍�យ��ុមហ៊ុនវ�ញ គឺ�បទ��ើស��ហ�ទណ� ��ល�ចនឹង���វទូ�ត់សង����ក់�មត����ើមរបស់

ឧករណ៍�ំង�ះ និង/ឬទទួល�រ�ក់ពិន័យ�ម�រកំណត់របស់តុ��រ ។

៣. ��ុមហ៊ុនមិនទទួលខុស���វចំ�ះអតិថិជន���ល��ើ���ស់���កម�របស់ EZECOM/Telcotech ���ប់�មួយឧបករណ៍�����ង�ៀត�ើម��ី����មួយ��លច��ប់មិន

អនុ���ត។

៤. អតិថិជនរបស់ EZECOM/Telcotech មិន���វ�នអនុ���តឱ��លក់���កម�អុិនធឺណិតបន��ឱ���គីទី ៣�ើយ លុះ������នកិច���ម��ៀង�អ�ក��ក�យ���កម�ពី��ុមហ៊ុន

EZECOM/Telcotech ។

៥. ���ក់��លបង់�ើផលិតផល���កម� និង������ំ�� គឺមិន�ច��គល់ជូនអតិថិជនវ�ញ�� ។

៦. អតិថិជនត���វ�យបង់វ�ក�យប�����ំ�� ឬ���ទិញឧបករណ៍ ក៏ដូច����ក់កក់�មុនស���ប់�រ���ប់ប���ញ�ើកដំបូង�មួយ��ុមហ៊ុន EZECOM/Telcotech ។ ��ុមហ៊ុន

EZECOM/Telcotech និងផ�ល់ជូននូវវ�ក�យប��ដល់អតិថិជន��ៀង�ល់���មរយៈអុី��ល។ អតិថិជនត���វ�យទូ�ត់វ�ក�យប��ក��ងរយៈ��ល ៧���ប���ប់ពីទទួលវ�ក�យប��។

�ើសិន���ុមហ៊ុន EZECOM/Telcotech មិន�នទទួល�រទូ�ត់�������ះ�� ���នឹង���វ���កដំ�ើរ�រ�ប���ះ�សន� �ើយ��ុមហ៊ុននឹងមិនទទួលខុស���វចំ�ះ�រ

ប៉ះ�ល់ដល់���ជន៍របស់អតិថិជន�ើយ ។ ��ុមហ៊ុននឹងជូនដំណឹងរយៈ��ល ៣���មុននឹង�រផ �ាក���កម��មរយៈអុី��ល ។ អតិថិជន���វទទួលខុស���វចំ�ះ�របង់���ក់

ស���ប់�����យៗ�ៀត ។ អតិថិជនមិន�ច��ើ�រ����� ឬ���ងបន�ំវ�ក�យប��ក��ងរូប�ព�មួយ�ើយ។

៧. អតិថិជន�ចប��ប់កិច���ម��ៀង��ះ�ន �យ���វ��ើ�រជូនដំណឹងដល់��ុមហ៊ុន EZECOM/Telcotech ក��ងរយៈ��ល៣០��� មុន�����ញវ�ក�យប�� (Billing date) �យ

អ��ើញមកបំ��ញ��បបទស���ប់ប��ប់កិច���ម��ៀង��ះ ��រ��ល័យរបស់��ុមហ៊ុន EZECOM/Telcotech �មួយក៏�ន �ើមិនដូ���ះ��អតិថិជននឹង���វទទួលខុស���វ

ក��ង�របង់������ំ��ស���ប់�����យ (���័យ��មសុពល�ព��កិច���ម��ៀង)។ ប ���មពី ��ះអតិថិជននឹង���វទទួលខុស���វ�ើ�រ�កពិន័យចំនួន ៣៣.០០ដុ���រ

�ើយនឹង�ន�តព�កិច�បង់���ក់��ើវ�ក�យប����លមិន�ន់ទូ�ត់រួច។

៨. ករណី�ើបរ����របស់��ុមហ៊ុន���វ�ន�ត់ ឬខូច�តក��ង��តុ�រណ៍�មួយ�ះ អតិថិជន���វទទួលខុស���វសងត����ើបរ�����មកិច���ម��ៀង។ �រទូ�ត់ជូន��ុមហ៊ុន

EZECOM/Telcotech ���វបង់ឱ����ប់ចំនួន�យ���ន�រ�ត់រ�លស់ �ះក��ង��តុផល�មួយក៏�យ។

៩. �រផ�ល់ជំនួយ�មទូរស័ព���ញ ២៤���ង ក��ង១��� និង ៧��� ក��ង១ស���ហ៍។ �ក-�ក��ី�ចទំ�ក់ទំនង �ម��ខទូរស័ព� 023 238 181 ឬ 085 888 181។

១០. អតិថិជន�ច��ើ���ស់ Internet ��ញ ២៤���ង ក��ង១��� និង ៧��� ក��ង១ស���ហ៍ �ើយ���វ�រ�រ�មុនពី�រឆ�ង Virus, Hacker, Spam & DDoS។

១១. �រ��ម��ៀង��ះ�ន��សិទ��ព�ប់ពី �លបរ����ទ���រ��ញវ�ក�យប���ើកដំបូង។

១២. ចំ�ះអតិថិជន��ល��ើ���������ន Internet ឬ���ស់ប��រ����ងៗ ���វ��ើ�រ��ើសុំ�មុនចំនួន ៧���មុន�����ញវ�ក�យប�� �យ���វបំ��ញនូវឯក�រ��ល�ក់ព័ន�របស់��ុមហ៊ុន

EZECOM/Telcotech។ ត���នឹង�ន�រ������ល��មគ���ង�����កម�ថ�ី។

** កិច���ម��ៀង���វ�ន��ើ�ើង������រ និង��អង់���ស��ល�នខ�ឹម�រ��មួយដូច���។ �គី�ំងពីរ�ន�នយល់ និង��ម��ៀង������ឹម���វពិត���កដ��ន។

1. EZECOM/Telcotech service is not included the provision and any computer equipment or software required by the customer to connect with EZECOM/Telcotech’s internet.

2. The installation provided does not include any equipment or facilities necessary for you to connect with our service unless the equipment is purchased or rented from EZECOM/Telcotech. Any EZECOM/Telcotech’s equipment installed under this service agreement shall be returned to EZECOM/Telcotech in its original conditions (except normal wear and tear) upon termination of this agreement. Failing to return is a criminal o�ense and will lead to monetary compensation paid to EZECOM/Telcotech for the original value of the equipment and/or be penalized by the competent court.

3. EZECOM/Telcotech does not take any responsibility for the performance or operation of any equipment or system connected to the internet, and/or any service prohibited in Cambodian Law.

4. Customers are not allowed to resell an EZECOM/Telcotech internet connection to any third party without dealer agreement being signed.5. Products or services fees cannot be refunded.6. Customer is required to pay in advance any monthly fee or equipment purchasing fee as well as the deposit on the �rst sign up with EZECOM/Telcotech. Bill will be

sent by E-mail every month. Customer is required to pay all fees charged by EZECOM/Telcotech within 7 days after invoice acceptance. In case EZECOM/Telcotech has not received any payment, the service will be temporarily suspend after 3 days noticed by email. Customer is then responsible for the next monthly fee invoiced. Customer has no right to amend or deduct in the bill in any case.

7. Customer may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice to EZECOM/Telcotech before the billing date by �lling out the termination form at any EZECOM/Telcotech o�ce. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the next monthly subscription fee (subject to signed agreement), and the customer will be responsible for a $ 33.00 penalty and obligated to pay the outstanding invoice.

8. In case EZECOM/Telcotech equipment is stolen, lost or damaged in any way, customer is responsible for the value of equipment. All payments due to EZECOM/Telcotech under this agreement must be made in full amount without deduction of any reason.

9. EZECOM/Telcotech phone support is 24/7. The contact number is 023 238 181 or 085 888 181.10. The provided service could be accessed 24 hours/day and 7 days/week to the internet, (World Wide Web) customer will need to protect their system from attacking

by viruses, hackers, spam, DDoS before using the service.11. This agreement commences on the �rstly started billing date.12. Customer is suggested to inform 7 days before billing date in advance and �ll out the relevant document of EZECOM/Telcotech in case customer would like to

downgrade, upgrade, or change any account related information. The price varies upon new proposed service plan. ** This agreement is made in both Khmer and English which consist of mutual content. Both parties have read it thoroughly, understood and agreed that the above

content is correct.
