Every Level 1 student gets to know the W&H PartnerNet› We introduce all the relevant service documents and tools necessary for

successfully carrying a repair.› Techinfo (index, modification number, etc.)› Spare part drawings› Complaint handling› Account will be created

The W&H service area is changing its trainings concept. The previously approved training programme will still be available, but now new ideas will be implemented.

› Training courses with fixed dates at a particular location› Ready-made training courses or individual training modules for different

products› Practice-based training programmes› Experienced professional trainers with extensive knowledge› Training for trainers, so that training can be delivered at

local level in the respective native language› Groups of max. 6 participants

Level 1: Participants have little to no previous knowledge of W&H products. For service partners, to acquire skills for repair and maintenance of W&H products.

Training objectives and content:› The participant is aware of their role and responsibility in the

service of W&H products.› The participant learns how to use the tools and testing equipment.› The participant is familiar with the essential spare parts.› The participant is able to independently carry out error analyses and

knows about the basic application of the device› The service partner is aware of the investments required to

repair the product.› Acquisition of Training Certificate Level 1

(first authorization to carry out repairs)

Level 2: The participants already have experience of W&H products. The target group is employees from Subs/Service Hubs and partners who require a deeper understanding of service and repair in order to handle support cases more effectively and competently. They make the decisions for support requests, have an overview of common errors and can initiate appropriate measures (e.g. providing information to the next subsidiary/W&H Bürmoos)

Training objectives and content:› Feedback sessions/sharing practical experiences› Familiarity with the latest product updates and news› Deeper technical understanding/troubleshooting tips

Train the trainer: The participants learn how to give service trainings to partners. With this course the participants get the admission to perform trainings (Level 1 and Level 2).
