  • STW Service ReportAssumptionsSome technicians will be required to enter all the information into the Service ReportSome technicians will receive a Service Report partially completed, enter their required areas, and then someone else will finish itSome people other than technicians will record information into the Service Report.Some dealers will upload information to DBSSome dealers will use Service Report as a standalone applicationThere are many scenarios this document will not address the specific scenario, but rather the functionality within the Service Report itself.An understanding of what belongs in a Service Report is implied.
