GIVING THREE WAYS:
-
The Organ Committee launched its pledge drive on Palm Sunday,
April 14, 2019, with a goal of raising an additional $75,100 toward
the organ contract of $131,710. This goal excludes estimated other
costs of $30,000 associated with the demolition and construction
project. The third installment (60% of the con-struction contract)
has just been made. The expected fourth installment of $26,250 (80%
of this contract) has been moved up to March 2021. On-sight
installation is expected to begin in January 2022.
At November 30, 2020, $90,080 in contributions had been received
for the new organ. There now have been 15 pledges received with
outstanding balances totaling $24,527.
We are now 77% of the way toward our fundraising goal.
Contributions rceeived to date leaves a balance left to raise of
$17,102. A loan might not be necessary if we can reach this
goal.
Thank you to all who have made pledges and contributions thus
far. By making payments toward a pledge commitment or making other
regular payments, we will have something concrete to show a bank or
other lender should a loan be necessary.
Each member of Trinity is asked to prayerfully consider pledging
what they are willing to commit to giving for this purpose through
December 2022. Of course, other payments are also very much
appreciated.
The Organ Committee hopes that all Trinity members are inspired
to give to this Pipe Dream. We still need your support. It is one
way the people of Trinity can give honor and glory to God. Please
complete an organ fund pledge card and send it to Darrel Gosse.
Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, The Organ
Committee
