Follow your internal safety procedures.
PROCEDURE1.1 Remove the operator's control panel just enough to inspect the position of the lockwasher on the master
control switch, as well as all other regular type switches. See Figure 1a. The lock washer should be between the terminal and the screw. If not, reposition the lock washer as indicated in Figure 2.
1.2. Open the overhead console and inspect the position of the lockwasher on the switch located on the console switch support and the articulation emergency release switch. See Figure 1b. You may need to remove the articulation emergency release switch to perform the inspection. The lock washer should be between the terminal and the screw. If not, reposition the lock washer as indicated in Figure 2.
1.3. Open the rear engine control box located in the engine compartment and inspect the position of the lockwashers on the switches. See Figure 1c. The lock washer should be between the terminal and the screw. If not, reposition the lock washer as indicated in Figure 2.
