Electrical protection test in accordance with VDE 0701/0702

Our specially trained staff can carry out electrical protection tests on your Probst device at our factory.

Repairs

We carry out repairs on all Probst equipment at our head quarters in Erdmannhausen or at our service centers. You can send us the product or else we can arrange a collection on request.

Customer service & DGUV testing

We also off er customer service and perform DGUV testing on all Probst products at our factory.

Customer service & DGUV testing

Do you own a construction site device such as a VM-301 installation machine or a TSZ-UNI mechanical grab which requires customer service or DGUV testing and cannot do without the device? Our service technicians also carry out customer service and DGUV inspections on site upon consultation.

Service calls

In case of emergency repairs, it is important to lose as little time as possible. Our service technicians are at your disposal across the globe to ensure short response times.

Demonstration & briefi ng

You are interested in one of our large appliances and would like to see the product in practice on one of your construction sites and experience it in action. Upon consultation, we will be happy to send a service technician to present the device in practical action or give a product briefi ng.

Repairs training & DGUV course

We highly recommend our repairs training & DGUV course if you want to keep up-to-date on technical matters.

Driver training

Get yourself and your drivers fi t in handling the installation machine. Probst driver training is practice-based. You can also increase the effi ciency of your machine by means of helpful tricks.

If you have returning products, we are happy to assist you with our collection service, which is carried out by a courier or forwarding agent.

Do you own a Probst product and want to keep using it reliably for years to come? Our maintenance contract is just what you need. This can be confi gured to one's needs from various packets.

Warranty

All new products purchased from us are covered by a warranty, with the exception of wearing parts. We also off er a collection service for warranty processing.
