Christ, the Center of Our Family O Lord Jesus, God of Love, you are the center of our family. You humbled yourself and came to

live among us and the greater part of your life was spent in your home with Joseph and Mary.

Take our family, our home and the life-activity that stirs about us. Let your peace be with us.

Help us to do your will in all that we say and all that we get involved in.

Guide us, Jesus, in our family decisions, in our financial needs and worries, in our work, our

play, and in our study. Give us a strong faith; strengthen our relationship with you. And above

all, Lord, help us to do your will. We ask this in your holy name. Amen!

FRUIT OF THE VINEFRUIT OF THE VINEFRUIT OF THE VINEFRUIT OF THE VINE————WORK OF HUMAN HANDS:WORK OF HUMAN HANDS:WORK OF HUMAN HANDS:WORK OF HUMAN HANDS: In the late 1990’s & early 2000’s, the Diocese sponsored a program called “God’s Little Green Acre”, a program to support seminarian education in the Diocese of Dodge City. The program has recently been resurrected, but with a few more options. The program is now called “Fruit of the Vine—Work of Human Hands” and offers two ways to participate: Fruit of the Vine is for individuals who would like to pledge profits from their earthly la-bors, such as profits from crop production, sale of livestock, oil production, wind generation profits...etc. Work of Human Hands is designed for individuals or businesses who would like to pledge a portion of their business profits, annual income or simply give a cash donation to support our seminarians within the Catholic Diocese of Dodge City. Participation in the program will not only support our seminarians, but we will provide you a plaque or yard sign as a reminder to others to pray for vocations, and will encourage others to participate as well. For more information about this, please contact Mark W. Roth, Dir. Of Development-Diocese of Dodge City-P.O. Box 137-Dodge City, SK 67801 or call 620-227-1535 or you may email him at [email protected] PRAYER TO ST. ANTHONY FOR THE RETURN OF CATHOLICS TO THE PRAYER TO ST. ANTHONY FOR THE RETURN OF CATHOLICS TO THE CHURCH: CHURCH: CHURCH: CHURCH: Almighty Father, You desire not the death of sinners, but that they may be converted

and live. Pour out upon us Your mercy and hear the prayers of Your servants. Through the inter-

cession of St. Anthony of Padua, who through his bold and powerful preaching, inspired so many

“careless Catholics” to return to the Church, soften the hearts of those we pray for who have

strayed from the faith into which they were baptized. They are now forgetful of their duties as

Catholics and pursue other ways. Grant that they may quickly return to the practice of the faith they

once professed, so that their lives may again shine with the integrity of belief, the fervor of piety,

and the ardor of charity. Restore them to Your sacraments and to the life of Your grace. We pray

this in the name of Your Son Jesus and in union with St. Anthony and all the saints. Amen
