And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 

may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

..times change, but peoples behavior transcends time..

when we are rooted in love, wewill be more tolerant and

understanding

when we are rooted in love, wewill champion oneness and universality of the gospel

when we know of God’s incredible love to us, then we overflow and end up loving

others unconditionally

FINAL THOUGHTPeople are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered.  Forgive them anyway.If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives.  Be kind anyway.If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.  Succeed anyway. If you are honest and sincere people may cheat you.  Be honest and sincere anyway.

What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight.  Create anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous.  Be happy anyway. The good you do today, people with forget tomorrow.  Do good anyway. Give the best you have, and it will never be enough.  Give your best anyway. You see in the final analysis, it is between you and God.  It was never between you and them anyway.
