Extrusion Nozzles Extrusion handguns can be used with a variety of nozzles. The size of thenozzle opening (orifice diameter) and the length of the nozzle (engagement)affect how quickly adhesive will flow from the handgun. The larger the orificediameter, the faster the adhesive will flow. The longer the nozzleengagement, the slower adhesive will flow. Contact a Nordsonrepresentative for assistance in selecting the best nozzle for an application.
