latest IEC standard with competitive prices, Vietstar has

developed MSB / MCC Series switchboards. This kind of

series A will provide the most effective choice for investors,

consultants and contractors. Furthermore, they provide the

ideal basis for building infrastructures up to 6300A.

These Series A products are modular designed so that they

are easy & simple for the assembly and installation onsite. The

compact sizes of each cubicle will reduce the switchroom

space, especially buildings in big cities.

Series A-F: Floor standing type, used for Power

Distribution center, Main Distribution

boards (PDC, MDB), Sub-main Distribution

boards (SDB), Motor Control Center (MCC)

with fixed or withdraw-able type

Series A-DB: Wall-mounted type used for Distribution

Series A – LV designation type:

Vietstar đã phát triển hệ thống tủ điện MSB/MCC Series A. Hệ

thống tủ điện Series A sẽ mang đến sự lựa chọn hiệu quả nhất

cho các chủ đầu tư, tư vấn và nhà thầu. Hệ thống tủ điện

Series A được thiết kế sử dụng cho các công trình lên đến

6300A.

Hệ thống tủ điện Series A được thiết kế modun hóa do vậy việc

lắp ráp và lắp đặt tại công trình rất dễ dàng & đơn giản. Kích

thước từng modun nhỏ gọn sẽ làm giảm thiểu không gian cần

cho phòng điện, đặc biệt là các cao ốc ở các thành phố lớn.

Doors of a switchgear assembly should bearranged in a way that they closed in the direc-tion of the emergency exit route. With a differ-ent arrangement, a free minimum clearanceof 500 mm must be provided for. If switch-gear combinations are set up opposite eachother, it is not necessary to until that the doors on both s ides are open same time.

The minimum width for operation and maintenance of switchgear combinations is 700mm, the minimum headroom under the panelling is 2200mm. If a crane is used for exchanging circuit-breakers, the gangway dimensions must be considered during the design phase.

The doors of the switchgear combination should be arranged so that they closed properly. With a different assignment, a free access clearance of 500mm must remain. If switchgear combinations are installed opposite each other, it is not necessary to consider that doors on both sides are opened simultaneously.

The information for selecting the circuit-breakers is provided only in relation to the operating current and prospective short-circuit current. To make the correct selection, other factors such as selectivity, back-up protection, the decision to use current-limiting circuit-breakers, etc. have to be considered. It is therefore essential for designers to carry out precise verification.

The types of circuit-breakers proposed are all from the SACE Emax series. Positions marked by an asterisk (*) are suitable for other possible selections from the Tmax or Isomax series of moulded-case circuit-breakers. One also needs to bear in mind that the short-circuit currents shown in the table have been calculated on the assumption of 750MVA power on the supply side of the transformers and without taking into account the impedances of the busbars and of the connections to the circuit-breakers.
