Dear Division 27,

School has started and I

hope you all had a great first

week! Now that school has

started, it is time to recruit,

recruit, recruit! We want

our division to be as big and

strong as possible! Recruit-

ing freshmen, sophomores

and any other students that

are interested is very im-

portant. The beginning of

the school year is the best

time to get new members, so

please try your best to help

your club gain members.

Recently we have not been

having great attendance

from some clubs at our Divi-

sional Council meetings,

they are really important

and all the information

you gain from them can

help build your clubs!

Please have at least one of-

ficer from your club attend

the upcoming meeting. Ki-

wanis members and advi-

sors are always welcomed!

Club visitations: Presi-

dents, please let me know

a date that would work

well for me to come visit

your club!

I hope you all have a great

month and I will see you

soon!

Seattle Rally Recap

Fun, Sun and Service!

On August 13th Key Clubbers from all over the Seattle area came to-

gether at Kent Meridian High School to celebrate Key Club! Although

only 5 members from division 27 went...we had a great time! Starting

with the opening ceremony with guest speaker Hoan Do. He was a

great inspirational speaker that got everyone pumped for the rally. Af-

ter the opening ceremony Key Clubbers attended informational forums

including officer training. Later in the afternoon there were fun forums

including How to Woo with Matt Wu and icebreakers. Concluding with

the closing ceremony, awarding Division 34 with the spirit stick and a

Miracle Minute where we raised $501 for Project Educate!

There will be large and small group workshops and team
