Students Daily Schedule and Attendance
Mondays Students check in to 4th period from 8:00-8:15.
All students complete a “Virtual Reflection Activity” on Monday for attendance.
Tuesday &Thursday(Odd Days)
Synchronous virtual classes for Periods 1, 3, 5, 7
Wednesday& Friday (Even Days)
Synchronous virtual classes for Periods 2, 4, 6, 8
Students are expected to attend all synchronous classes.
What happens on Mondays

Collaborate Ultra Session through Schoology
● Teachers available for Office Hours -8:00-11:00
● Work asynchronously on Independent Work
● Students will complete a mandatory Virtual Reflection

Attendance❖ Attendance is taken
➢ Monday at 8:00 am when students check in with their Learning Seminar teacher
➢ Tuesday- Friday teachers will take attendance during the synchronous class period.
❖ Students are expected to attend all synchronous courses❖ Parents/Guardians should call the Attendance Line
(703-313-3737) when students are absent or need to leave class early
❖ When a teacher is absent, students will see this attendance slide. They will then complete the form for attendance and asynchronous activities posted in Schoology.
