Last fall, we changed our BOP processes because we wanted to be your go-to company for BOP business. We made some big changes in order for this to be possible, including the following: Appetite List Defined: We created a PRIMARY TARGETS document that shows the types up businesses that are right up our alley. We also made a list of risks that we will likely write but may need some additional questions answered first. We hope these two documents make your job easier! They can both be viewed in fami.connect. The Primary Targets document is located under Marketing in the red bar at the top, then under Product Information for Agents. To view the BOP Class Codes list, go to Reference in the red bar at the top. Exceptional Service: One of our promises to you was that your Underwriter can give you an answer of whether or not the risk fits within 24 hours when you have a quote you’ve determined is reasonable, as long as the risk type is on our Primary Targets list. Plus, after you submit the application through COMPASS, it will be issued within days! Automation Improvements: It’s very easy to get a quote in the COMPASS Policy Processing system for BOP, and you can ultimately submit the application and complete online endorsements. We’re committed to continuing to provide you with superior service, and we really want you to keep that BOP business coming our way! **Reminder** Be sure to take a look at the article on the left to learn how to view all of the Marketing Materials we have available. We have five BOP brochures and two BOP flyers, all at no cost!
