As you can see from the enclosed flyer, plans are underway for the 21st Annual Spoonbread Festival,

scheduled for September 15-17, 2017. In recent years, the Spoonbread Festival has developed a region-

al reputation for family fun and entertainment and is widely recognized as the Chamber’s Signature

Event.

As we begin promoting the 2017 Spoonbread Festival, our planning committee is pleased to provide

your business with a variety of advertising opportunities to showcase your products and services to the

community and our 50,000+ visitors. Through the generous support of our many festival sponsors and

media partners, the Chamber of Commerce is able to leverage our marketing dollars in promoting the

event to the community, the region and the state. Our advertising / sponsorship opportunities offer var-

ious price points and were designed to accommodate the budgets of entrepreneurs, craftspeople, profes-

sionals, retail establishments and industry alike. You might want to consider a Presenting Sponsorship

for a particular event, such as our Entertainment Tent, Hot Air Balloon Events, the Shuttle Service or

spread your commitment over several days and events. Our prestigious Corporate Sponsorship affords

you an opportunity to partner with the Chamber in growing this community event.

In order to fully capitalize on the marketing plan for the festival, we need you to complete the enclosed

agreement. Promptly return it along with your check made payable to the Spoonbread Festival / Berea

Chamber of Commerce by June 1st, especially if you are looking at serving as a Presenting or Gold

Sponsor for a specific event or a Corporate Sponsor for the festival, all of which will be featured in our

advertising campaign leading up to the festival in September. If you prefer, the Chamber can invoice

your business over the next three months for a commitment to the Spoonbread Festival in excess of

$1,000 as a way of maximizing your advertising budget.
