Get the highlights from our national study: "When Will SEO and Accounting Firms Add Up?" For the comprehensive search engine optimization project, we looked at 200 accounting and CPA firms. More than 60% don't rank for any keywords on Google's first page, not a good sign for online marketing or accountants.
An accountant at any firm has to wonder why he or she can't get the business to rank well. It's not just keyword select. It's not just page design. It's a whole set of variables that come into play with Internet marketing, including keyword selection.
