How to Get Your Team to Share Overcoming Fears Your team loves Plexus ® , but are they reluctant to share? It can be intimidating to share Plexus products and the Opportunity when you’re a brand new, or even seasoned, Ambassador. How can you help your team get out of their comfort zone? Talk about concerns “I don’t want to be too salesy.” “Will it risk our friendship?” “I don’t know a lot of people.” “I don’t like selling products.” There are a million excuses we can come up with if we choose to focus on perceived limitations. Help your team overcome their concerns by first identifying what fears hold them back. Then, share ways to help them get passed their concerns. Eliminate the sale It is much easier to share products, rather than sell products. Eliminate the word “sell” and inspire your team to share Plexus from their heart. When you share your passion, people are interested in what you have to say and intrigued with your excitement. Motivate from the start When a new Ambassador joins, have them post right after they enroll. This helps them jump right in and overcome their fear in the beginning. You may want to follow up with your new Ambassador and say: “I’m sure you know someone who can benefit from Plexus. you’re a brand new, or even seasoned, Ambassador. How can you help your team get out of their comfort zone?

Talk about concerns“I don’t want to be too salesy.” “Will it risk our friendship?” “I don’t know a lot of people.” “I don’t like selling products.”

There are a million excuses we can come up with if we choose to focus on perceived limitations. Help your team overcome their concerns by

fi rst identifying what fears hold them back. Then, share ways to help them get passed their concerns.

Eliminate the saleIt is much easier to share products, rather than sell products.

Eliminate the word “sell” and inspire your team to share Plexus from their heart. When you share your passion, people are interested in what

you have to say and intrigued with your excitement.

You can even o� er to send a message with what they can say. Your new Ambassador may want to post something like:

“Hey everyone! My friend just told me about an awesome health drink that is delicious and can help me with my soda habit. Who wants to

try it with me?”

Or: “Guess what?! I just discovered that I can lose weight and reach my health goals by improving my gut health. It’s so easy! Send me a

message if you’d like to know how.”*

Check in with your teamGive your team a challenge to reach out to two or three people they know who could benefi t from Plexus®.

• Who is searching for a way to better health?

• Who wants to break their soda habit?

• Who is interested in an opportunity to earn additional income?¤

Get comfortable working togetherPeople who work together as a group are more successful as they hold each other accountable and cheer each other on.

You can get your team working together by setting up a 7-Day Challenge. Ask your team members to invite a few friends to the event. New or

hesitant Ambassadors can invite a few people to try the products with them.

This helps break the ice in sharing Plexus and inspires Ambassadors to be involved with Connections who want to reach their health goals.

Activity: 1. Make a list of your team’s concerns with sharing Plexus

2. Reach out to new Ambassadors and help them create their fi rst Facebook post

3. Challenge your team to reach out to two or three people and try the products together
