Dear Women of Excellence, Beginning a new year can be exhilarating ~ 365 days of possibility and hope! And, with the flexibility and freedom a Mary Kay career affords, we really can do anything we choose to do when we are willing to do the work to get the prize. Have you refreshed your yearlong, monthly, and daily goals? If not, do that today (there are 355 days remaining as of the writing of this newsletter At January Jump Start, Linda Toupin kicked off a new $1000 cash giveaway contest. Who do you know who could get excited about giving you 30 minutes of their time for a chance to win $1000? I bet you know lots of people who would say yes to that! And, when we share the Mary Kay opportunity people really do respond very positively. After all, did you know how great MK was until someone took the time and had the courage to share it with you? The Lori Hogg workshop is almost sold out but as of today I do have a few seats left. If you would like to attend and have not yet registered please take care of that today. Leadership Conference is in Nashville this year and I am super excited to go and hear all about the new products and promotions for this year, learn skills to be a better Director, and visit with sister Directors. This is such a positive ex-perience, much like Seminar, and next year I sincerely hope you will choose to step up to the position of Sales Director so you can join me. It is so worth it! For this year, I can’t wait to come home and share with you all about it. The theme for January is building momentum. If we just focus on booking one new appointment every day, selling something (or $100+) each day, and planting a seed for recruiting each day I promise that we will have our best month ever.
