Greeter_Sarah Hi everyone! Thanks for coming to help out!
Student_Kee Hi Sarah!
Greeter_Sarah Hey Kee!
Greeter_Sarah Hi Bonnie!
Admissions_Bonnie Good evening everyone
Greeter_Sarah Hi there CBPS. Welcome to the chat.
CBPS Good evening
Greeter_Sarah We'll be starting in just a minute.
CBPS ok
Greeter_Sarah Hi Money. Welcome to the Chat.
money Hi
Greeter_Sarah We'll be starting here in just a moment.
money Thanks
money Okay
Greeter_Sarah Hi Kathy!
Career_Kathy Hello everyone!
CBPS hello
Greeter_Sarah Bonnie, would you like to open the chat with a greeting?
Admissions_Bonnie Thanks everyone for joining us tonight. Let's get started. Who has the first question??
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, mr. Tillman! Glad you could join us. Please jump right in.
mrtillman Thanks for having me
CBPS I will be attending the preview day in Oct. What can you tell me about it?
Admissions_Bonnie We have representatives from admissions, financial aid, a current student, etc.
Admissions_Bonnie The October visition will include various panels and presentations, including a class
with former US Attorney General John Ashcroft.
CBPS Will I walk away knowing what steps to take to apply?
Admissions_Bonnie Definitely, but let's talk about those tonight as well. The steps are ordered for you at
www.regent.edu/lawapply
CBPS ok
Greeter_Sarah Hi, Dean Gantt!
Dean_Gantt Hi, everyone!
Greeter_Sarah We just got started.
Admissions_Bonnie Our Dean of Students and our assistant director of career and alumni services are also
joining us tonight.
Admissions_Bonnie And a law wife as well. Welcome, Lan
Greeter_Sarah Hi Lan!
Law_Wife_Lan Hi everyone!
CBPS hello
Admissions_Bonnie CBPS, have you graduated from college? Where did/do you attend?
Greeter_Sarah Hi Kerriel! Thanks for joining us!
CBPS Yes..
CBPS I having been teaching school for 21 years.
Alumni_Kerriel had a few technical difficulties, but glad to be here
CBPS Not your average age law student
Alumni_Kerriel neither was I
Admissions_Bonnie You might find it interesting that our age range for this year's incoming class was 19-49
Dean_Gantt CBPS, that's o.k. We have a lot of students who come after taking some time away
from school.
sabrena hello everyone
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, Sabrena.
Greeter_Sarah Please jump right in!
sabrena thank you
CBPS I'm definitely at the end of that bracket!
CBPS Not sure if I should try part time or full time... Will finish masters degree next week.
Dean_Gantt CBPS, and actually, we've had several students in their 50s and 60s over the years.
CBPS That does make me feel better.
sabrena how many law students are currently in the part-time program
Greeter_Sarah CBPS: Our Fall 2010 entering class average ages were as follows: Full-Time: 25 (with
an age range of 19-49); Part-Time: 33 (with an age range of 26-49)
Career_Kathy Also, CBPS you are in school now so the transition to law school should be easier for
you than if you've been away for a while
mrtillman i was actually concerned about that too
CBPS true but the volume of study should be greater corrrect?
Dean_Gantt Sabrena, we have about 8-10 in each entering class in the program. Bonnie, do you
have the exact numbers?
mrtillman i graduated in 2005 and haven't been in a classroom for more than the occasional
knowledge share
Admissions_Bonnie Our part-time program is actually pretty small compared to the full-time program.
This year, 4 students came in as part-time students and 164 as full-time.
Dean_Gantt CBPS, yes, I would expect that the intensity of your study experience will be greater in
law school.
CBPS Wow... my concern with taking a longer time to graduate means of course my age
increases... therefore what are job opportunities like
Dean_Gantt Thanks, Bonnie. I do think we've had larger numbers in previous classes.
Alumni_Kerriel And of course there are the part-time students from other classes as well as just the
incoming class
mrtillman based on the interest that you have seen recently do expect the class size to increase?
mrtillman incoming class
sabrena Are there many evening classes available for first year law students
Dean_Gantt CBPS, you're question is a good one for Kerriel. She recently graduated and entered
the market as a "second-career" student. She opened up her own practice and is
doing well!
Admissions_Bonnie Just today, I spoke with our dean about our anticipated class size for fall 2011. Early
discussions are to start 160 students.
Career_Kathy CBPS- there are many factors that are involved in finding a job. There are certain
employers that prefer people with real life experience so that can work to your favor
Greeter_Sarah Sabrena - there are no evening classes for our 1Ls.
Greeter_Sarah Ours is a day program, even for our part-time students.
CBPS that's good news... How many hours of study would one anticipate in your first year?
Dean_Gantt Sabrena, the part-time program allows students to take a lighter load to allow them
more flexibility to schedule their classes during the day.
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, Kate. Please jump right in with your questions!
Admissions_Bonnie 16 credit hours for fall; 15 credit hours for spring (full-time); typically 12 and 11 I
believe for part-time.
Alumni_Kerriel First off, I would say that God has a plan for your future and your career. He knows
the economy, your age, and life experience. :)
Dean_Gantt CPBS, I tell students to anticipate studying three hours for every hour of class time.
CBPS ok...
Alumni_Kerriel CBPS--I LOVE the solo practice of law. God knew what He was doing, even though solo
practice and starting my own firm were not what I thought I'd be doing.
CBPS what kind of law do you practice
sabrena Kerriel, how challenging was it to start your own firm?
Alumni_Kerriel I have a general solo practice, but primarily it falls into the areas of family law,, juvenile
law, random traffic cases, animal cases etc, and bankruptcy
CBPS ok... i'm interested in constitutional law at this point
Alumni_Kerriel My favorite is representing children, whether in foster care, abuse and neglect, divorce
or custody and visitation cases and juvenile delinquincy
CBPS I certainly understand that as I am an elementary school teacher.
Dean_Gantt CBPS, we have many students interested in the Constitutional Law area. For instance,
several of our students have the opportunity to work for the ACLJ.
money how can you represent children without opening a practice?
Alumni_Kerriel The bottom line with starting your own firm is to do your research. Count the cost.
Prayerfully seek God's best for you and HE will guide and provide all you need.
CBPS I am very familiar with ACLJ
Law_Wife_Lan My husband works at ACLJ and has loved it.
Admissions_Bonnie Money, any questions tonight?
Dean_Gantt CBPS, we have an externship program with the ACLJ and also a semester-long program
in D.C.
CBPS That's great! My husband and I follow the news of what they are up to...
Alumni_Kerriel Well, you can work for a firm that allows/encourages you to take on court-appointed
cases. You follow the rules of your particular state, then get on a list where you take
juvenile cases appointed by the court
CBPS ok...
Alumni_Kerriel I worked for the ACLJ in law school and also participated in the DC program. It was
AMAZING@
Dean_Gantt Kerriel,
Alumni_Kerriel Hey Dean Gantt!
CBPS My only concern is how late in life I'm doing this... and can I endure law school. Of
course I will not be working.
Dean_Gantt Kerriel, I need to follow up with you about the D.C. program. I'll give you a call!
Alumni_Kerriel sounds good, you know where to find me!
CBPS If I take the LSAT in Feb. can I get in for the 2011 fall term?
Alumni_Kerriel There are so many benefits to being an "older" student. Particularly when it comes to
life experience. Don't discount the value you bring to the table, both in the classroom
and in the practice of law.
Admissions_Bonnie Yes, we accept Feb lsat scores. However, we ask that you submit your application by
Feb 1. We'll attach the score when it comes in.
Dean_Gantt CBPS, I am continually amazed at our students who go back to law school after being
out of school for years. Many of them do well because they've been out of awhile and
are very serious about devoting themselves to their studies.
Alumni_Kerriel There is also a measure of common sense that comes with experience.
CBPS What is the average LSAT score... my gpa wasn't great as I was in college for other
reasons... My masters gpa is 4.0
mrtillman i may be working part-time, do you recommend going into the full-time program or
the part-time?
CBPS will they look at master's gpa?
sabrena If a student wants to transfer from a non-ABA accredited law school, how difficult will
the process be?
Admissions_Bonnie THis year's LSAT average was 153 with a 3.2 UGPA. Completed master's degrees are
also considered as a part of the overall application.
CBPS that's good news...
Admissions_Bonnie The ABA restrictions students to 20 hours per week of work if they are taking more
than 12 credit hours (full-time).
Dean_Gantt Mrtillman, You can be a full-time student and work up to 20 hours per ABA
requirements, but I strongly recommend that you go part-time if you're going to have
to work a significant number of hours. As we noted above, the study of law is very
time intenstive, and you don't want to take on too much.
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, JThomas.
Greeter_Sarah Please feel free to jump in with questions!
Dean_Gantt Sabrena,
jthomas Thank you, Hi everyone.
Admissions_Bonnie Scholarships and grants, however, are typically stronger for full-time students.
jthomas Are there automatic considerations for scholarships?
Alumni_Kerriel mrtillman--especially true for your first year of law school. Often students can add
work their second and third years, but full-time law school doesn't leave much time for
working.
Dean_Gantt Sabrena, oops, I pressed the enter key too quickly. Transferring from a non-ABA
school is something we'd have to look at on an individual basis. There are ABA limits
on how many credits we could take.
mrtillman ok
CBPS One more quick question and I'll say goodnite... papers to grade. How are the
professors are they the typical law professors...
Admissions_Bonnie Yes, merit and leadership awards are automatically awarded based on the application
documents, recommendations, etc.
Greeter_Sarah Kee - would you like to comment on the professors?
Alumni_Kerriel Well, law school is very different. With the exception of your legal writing course, you
don't have assignments or papers that are graded. Your grade for the course is based
solely on your final exam in the course (with occassional courses also having a midterm
exam)
Student_Kee I can speak to the professors. I don't know what exactly you intend by "typical", but I
have enjoyed all my professors so far at Regent. They are involved and always willing
to help me understand the material ..
Student_Kee i'm in process :)
Greeter_Sarah oh, good. :)
Dean_Gantt CBPS, I am continually encouraged by the strong relationship between our students
and faculty; I'm glad Kee jumped in on that one. I'll add that students "rate" our
faculty as one of the primary strengths of our school when they complete our
questionnaire at graduation.
jthomas Thank you. I would like to know if being out of undergraduate school for two years and
an experience working for one year with a public school district and receiving letters of
recommendations is good for my applicant profile?
Student_Kee All of my professors are knowledgeable in their field and are wonderful at sharing that
knowlege with the students.
CBPS I have heard that professors in law school are very intimidating... I wouldn't think they
would be at Regent.
Admissions_Bonnie jthomas, that description sounds very positive.
Alumni_Kerriel I agree with Kee! The professors at Regent are truly amazing. Both during law school
and afterward. Just got an FYI email from a former professor this week advising about
a new trend in a particular area of law.
Dean_Gantt CBPS, professors often lead devotions during class, and some conduct Bible studies
and prayer groups with the students.
Student_Kee I wouldn't describe the professors as intimidating. They're much smarter than I of
course, but thats a positive.
Alumni_Kerriel I can't speak highly enough about Regent Law profs.
jthomas Question for Admissions_Bonnie, would I still need undergraduate faculty letters of
recommendation?
Greeter_Sarah Welcome CynGarcia - pleae feel free to ask us your questions!
CynGarcia I haveso many but I dont know where to start
Admissions_Bonnie We require one faculty recommendation if you have graduated within the last five
years from undergrad. If you can provide a letter from a master's program, that is a
positive as well.
Greeter_Sarah welcome, UVA2001.
Greeter_Sarah Please let us know your questions!
Admissions_Bonnie Cyn, just throw one out!
uva2001 Thanks Sarah
jthomas Thank you Admissions_Bonnie
CynGarcia When do applications need to be turned in to be reviewed
uva2001 Good evening everyone
Admissions_Bonnie I just accepted our first student yesterday. However, our priority consideration date is
Feb 1.
CynGarcia Good evening uva2001
jthomas Good evening uva2001
CBPS Thank you all for your help... God bless and hope to see you in Oct.
Admissions_Bonnie CynGarcia, I'm waiting for that first question...
Dean_Gantt You're welcome, CBPS!
Greeter_Sarah Thanks for stopping by, CBPS!
Admissions_Bonnie Thank you for joining us.
Student_Kee Bye, CBPS!
CynGarcia I amcurrently unemployed and two degrees of which I have yet to begin paying
student loans for. How will this affect getting financial aid or scholarships
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, Lela!
CBPS You've been very encouraging! goodnite
Lela Hello! Thanks for having me!
Alumni_Kerriel Goodnight CBPS
Greeter_Sarah Kledia - would you like to take CynGarcia's question?
Admissions_Bonnie FinAid_Kledia is with us as well, but generally your loans will go into deferment once
you enroll in law school.
mrtillman is the work load for joint programs significantly more challenging?
FinAid_Kledia GynGarcia - Your eligibility for financial aid, primarily federal aid will depend on what
you've utilized at this point (subsidized/unsubsidized loans). However, I'm confident
we can find the funding for you via Grad Plus loans and scholarships
Admissions_Bonnie Joint degree students typically add one additional year of student to their coursework.
Admissions_Bonnie Our most popular joint degree is with Government.
Lela I was wondering if I could talk to someone about LSAT score's and also the military
FinAid_Kledia As Bonnie mentioned, you will not have to initiate repayment on the loans until you
graduate
Admissions_Bonnie Students apply to both programs and should they be accepted to both, they decide
where they will begin their program.
mrtillman are there many students enrolled in joint programs?
mrtillman ok
CynGarcia well my thoughts were to get them out of default then apply at law schools which i
thought yours might begin in the Fall of 2011. Is Fall when your programs begin?
Admissions_Bonnie We strongly recommend doing the first year in Government (or the other school) and
then rolling over into law the second year.
mrtillman ok, just wondering why is that?
Admissions_Bonnie All 1Ls begin in August.
Dean_Gantt mrtillman, I recommend that students begin with their other degree so that they can
end with their three years of law school.
uva2001 For students who have been out of undergrad for 9 years or more, how important is
the undergrad GPA as opposed to work experience, recommendations, life
experiences, LSAT etc.
Admissions_Bonnie Less time between law school and the bar exam.
FinAid_Kledia GynGarcia - that's a great thought. You must clear Default prior to obtaining additional
federal funds
mrtillman ahhh, makes sense
Dean_Gantt mrtillman, yes, I agree with Bonnie.
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, Josephine! Please jump on in!
Lela What other aspects does Regent take into consideration besides just the LSAT?
Kate Thank you admission Bonnie. When is the best time to apply for Admission at Regent
School of Law.
Admissions_Bonnie UVa, life experiences, recs, LSAT and GPA are all important to the decision process.
You should prepare very thoroughly for the LSAT.
josephine Hello, God bless you all!
Admissions_Bonnie Apps should arrive by Feb 1 please.
Dean_Gantt Lela, we consider the whole file: your personal statement, letters of recommendation,
undergraduate and graduate (if any) grades.
CynGarcia Hello Josephine
Dean_Gantt Hi, Josephine!
Admissions_Bonnie UVA, were you acquainted with Eileen Oswald, prelaw advisor at UVA?
josephine do we need to submit our transcrips to Regent as well, or just LSAC?
Lela ok thank you...my other question is do your students intern a lot with the Navy's JAG
program in Norfolk? If accepted to Regent, I am going into the Navy for the JAG
program...
Admissions_Bonnie Transcripts go to LSAC first. Admitted studented will then have to provide a second set
of 'degree conferred' transcript to my office by July 1.
uva2001 Yes, I believe she was there prior to graduation. I graduated in 2001
Greeter_Sarah Hi Rap717. Welcome!
jthomas Dream question for you all. Would there be a clinical or extra/co-curricular that would
allow me to gain experience as in house counsel or representative for licensed health
professionals?
Kate Hello Admission Bonnie. When is the best time to apply for Admission
Career_Kathy Lela- Yes, we work very closely with the local JAG offices. For instance, the Air Force
JAG is coming to do a presentation and individual meetings on Monday and the Navy
JAG comes later this month.
Greeter_Sarah And Army JAG was here yesterday!
Admissions_Bonnie Kate, anytime between now and Feb 1
Lela awesome!
Lela that's great news for me!
uva2001 Does Regent Law offer abroad opportunites in China? I have an interest in public
interest and international human rights.
Dean_Gantt Lela, yes, we have several students who intern with JAG offices. Also, we have several
students who end up working as a JAG officers.
Career_Kathy Lela - our director of Career Services served as an Army JAG attorney before coming to
Regent as well
CynGarcia Would I beallowed to come tour the campus before applying or would that be
afterwards? I have only read through the catalogue I requested two years ago and
have wanted to visit since. Do we schedule a tour?
josephine What's the best way to prepare for LSAT?
rap717 Does RL offer communications law focus?
Dean_Gantt UVA, we have an exchange program with a university in China, but it's relatively new,
and no student yet has studied there.
Admissions_Bonnie For info on our China program at Shantou Univer, visit www.regent.edu/lawabroad
uva2001 Interesting!
uva2001 Thank you!
Greeter_Sarah CynGarcia, you are welcome to visit at any time!
Greeter_Sarah We have an open house on Oct. 15, a Preview weekend, Nov 18-20, and other open
houses next semester.
Lela who is the director of career services at Regent?
uva2001 What impact does the Spiritual Life Recommendation have on the admissions
decision?
Admissions_Bonnie CynGarcia -- absolutely! We encourage all of our prospective students to visit campus.
We have several "scheduled" open houses, but we will accommodate your preferred
visitiaton date any week day. Just call ahead 2-3 days.
CynGarcia Awesome!
Greeter_Sarah for more info, visit www.regent.edu/lawvisit. But as Bonnie said, you're welcome to
come at any time!
Dean_Gantt Rap717, I'm not sure I know what you mean by communications law. We do offer
courses in Entertainment Law and Sports Law as well as IP courses.
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, Birdie4President.
Greeter_Sarah Please ask your questions!
Birdie4President thank you
Greeter_Sarah Hi tbaldwin! Please jump on in
tbaldwin Well... I was hoping that someone could answer my question on here
Admissions_Bonnie UVA, the spiritual recommendation helps us to understand the applicant's passion and
fit with Regent. We are a faith-based institution. Our classes begin with prayer and
devotion.
CynGarcia Hw long does the process take before we are notified if we have been accepted at
Regent
josephine Who is the dean of the School of Law?
Dean_Gantt josephine, the Dean is Jeffrey A. Brauch
Greeter_Sarah Sure, tbaldwin. What is it?
uva2001 I truly like the start of class with prayer and devotion :-)
josephine Is there a way to save this chat and go over the Q&A again?
rap717 Dean_Ganti, FCC rules, first amendment and the press, international communications
law, copyright, intellectual property, Internet etc.
Admissions_Bonnie CynGarcia, once your file becomes 'complete' you will typically receive a decision
within three weeks.
Lela If we have our materials submitted in the first half of October, when do you think a
decision about my application would be made?
tbaldwin Is the earliest we can send in our application October 15?
CynGarcia ok So although i have these financial aid concerns would you suggest I still apply before
February 1st?
Greeter_Sarah Josephine - we will have a chat log up on our website within the next week or two.
Admissions_Bonnie You may send in applications now. Our committee begins regular meetings in late
December though we may start the process slightly earlier this year.
tbaldwin If our file becomes complete in October we should know by December?
josephine which is the best number/person to contact to help with preparation to LSAT?
Dean_Gantt Well, as I noted, we have IP courses, and we have many First Amendment-related
courses. We don't have courses in pure communications law, like those who would
study FCC rules. I actually practiced with a firm that did communications law in D.C.;
that's a highly specialized area. We do, however, offer courses in the other areas you
mentioned. As for Internet Law, we have offered an elective in
Dean_Gantt that area, but it's not a regular offering.
CynGarcia I tried pulling my loans out of default this past February but the Dept. of Education lost
my first payment and i was leary of sending them more money.
uva2001 What is the LSAT range of accepted students
FinAid_Kledia CynGarcia - regarding your financial aid concerns, i'd be glad to assist you in resolving
them. I would recommend you still apply.
Admissions_Bonnie The lsac website, www.lsac.org offers very helpful guidance on lsat preparation. We
also hold an LSAT workshop on our campus in October for $75/two consecutive
Saturdays.
josephine What score is required on the test for admission?
rap717 Can students from other Divisions, ie. Arts and Communications take law courses?
Admissions_Bonnie Cyn, I suggest you call our finaid office and they can speak with you privately.
757.352.4125.
Dean_Gantt rap717, I should add that, although we have a lot of international-law related courses,
we don't have a course in international communications issues.
FinAid_Kledia CynGarcia -- I can understand that frustration. Contact our office when you can so that
we can see how we can help you.
rap717 Dean_Gantt, thanks.
Admissions_Bonnie Josephine, our average test score for this year's incoming class was 153. It's hard to
say what minimum is required because so many other factors contribute to a decision.
Greeter_Sarah welcome, Kjholmes!
kjholmes Hey :)
tbaldwin If our file becomes complete by October, will we know by December if we get
accepted or not?
Dean_Gantt rap717, yes, I was also thinking to underscore that we do have a School of
Communications and the Arts; and that school has wonderful programs in that area.
We don't have a lot of students from that school who take law courses, but we have
had a small number. For instance, we just had a Comm School student who took our
Negotiations class.
CynGarcia Thank you so much. I am feeling better already! I can apply online correct?
Lela thank you all for answering all of my questions...I do appreciate it! Have a good night!
Dean_Gantt Blessings, Lela!
Admissions_Bonnie tbaldwin, you could potentially have a decision by December. It depends on when our
committee's first meeting is scheduled. But yes, it is a possibility for December --
definitely by Jan.
Greeter_Sarah Goodnight, lela. Thanks for coming!
Greeter_Sarah Welcome, gradjac!
kjholmes I have some questions, but some of them aren't really about school.
tbaldwin Okay thanks Admissions..
Alumni_Kerriel what types of questions kjholmes?
Admissions_Bonnie You can apply on line at www.regent.edu/lawapply or via LSAC's eapp website.
kjholmes Well, one of them is actually about the whether in Virgina Beach.
josephine on the application, it talks about sending separate applications to other schools you
might be interested in. How does it work?
kjholmes I have a motorcycle, but someone told me that it rains a lot there.
rap717 I've applied for the Ph.D program, and broadcast law and issues was always one of my
areas of interest.
uva2001 Regarding graduate transcripts, are they factored in admissions decision?
tbaldwin Also, if I submit my application online through lsac how do I send you my essay?
Dean_Gantt kjholmes, I think we have great weather here--not too hot or cold!
tbaldwin and how do I get you my regent-specific recommendation?
Dean_Gantt kjhomes. it does rain a fair amount, but I'd say it's typical for the East Coast.
Student_Kee kjholmes, I agree with Dean Gantt. The weather is a great balance here.
kjholmes Hahaha..okay, well I'm coming from upper Michigan, so I'm sure it's nice compared to
here.
uva2001 Also, in terms of LSAT, does RL take the highest score?
Student_Kee We have seasons, which is unique compared to the areas Ive lived in before.
Dean_Gantt kjhomes. definitely milder here!
Alumni_Kerriel The weather here varies. We have had rain today and yesterday, but otherwise it's
been a pretty dry year. We don't ususally have snow, but we did last year. It's a lovely
place to live
Greeter_Sarah I know lots of people with motorcycles, KJ - they get plenty of riding in.
Admissions_Bonnie Right now it's raining and 76 degrees.
Greeter_Sarah But, if that's your only form of transportation, you will get wet sometimes.
Greeter_Sarah Hi Britt! Welcome.
Admissions_Bonnie All lsat scores are considered; the highest is heavily weighted.
Britt Hello
kjholmes Another questions is about how far away the housing is from campus? Is it close
enough to walk?
Admissions_Bonnie Graduate experience is considered so please send your grad transcripts to LSAC.
CynGarcia LSAT is the Law SAT right?
tbaldwin How can I send my essay in if I do my application online through LSAC?
Dean_Gantt uva2001, to answer your question, yes, we do look at graduate school transcripts, and
they can be very important if you've been out of undergraduate school for a long time.
uva2001 Law School Admissions Test=LSAT
Admissions_Bonnie On campus housing is a half mile away; some students walk, but most take the shuttle.
CynGarcia ok i thought so
gradjac Is it important to submit an evaluators letter with letters of recommendations
money is post undergrad work.. not grad work considered as well?
Admissions_Bonnie Personal statements can be transmitted online through LSAC.
josephine Does Regent offer public transportation/buses/school buses to students whether on
campus or not?
tbaldwin even the regent-specific one?
uva2001 Thank you Dean Natt because I have been out of undergrad for 9 years now.
Dean_Gantt Josephine, we do if you're on campus, but not if you're not.
josephine what format is recommended for the recommendation letters?
Admissions_Bonnie We accept LSAC's new evaluation form OR traditional letters of recommendation.
kjholmes Does Regent have a dress code?
tbaldwin How do I send my essay in and my regent-specific LOR's?
Dean_Gantt uva2001, how did you know my first name "Natt"?! I do have a different name, I
admit!
gradjac Do you have to have health insurance in order to attend on campus?
tbaldwin Should I just mail it?
Admissions_Bonnie The Regent-specific online PDF app from our website is also acceptable. Email personal
