Settings for the display and the representation (PAPI) of video streams in the SeMSy® III module “Mainviewer”, its “Subviewers” and on Variodecoders are configured in the “DisplayPlugin.ini” configuration file. Among other things, the aspect ratio can be set, the character representation for text overlays be adapted or the display of streaming information of cameras be enabled. This document explains the most important setting possibilities.
The file can be edited with corresponding text editors (Notepad++, for example). The SeMSy® III display (PAPI) must be restarted after changes, so that the new settings take effect.
