ABSTRACT

To provide solution to defense for the problems they are facing to monitor Indian borders. We offer Integrated System of Street/Border Light, CCTV Surveillance and Security Surveillance (Laser Curtain System). Our system also works on Solar Power System i.e. Self Powered System. Options are also available to remotely monitor and manage health of complete system including LED Light, Camera, Batteries, Laser Curtain and etc. We will use LED Lights in place of CFL or Conventional Lights (HPSV) in our solution. None of the low grade components are being used to ensure maintenance free solution. Our system uses Li-Ion batteries system which ensure guaranteed life of 9 years and enhanced backup. System can be configured for 3 days backup on single day charge based on requirement. We use Solar PV cells which has 25 years guaranteed life. Our system has options for all power sources i.e. Grid/DG/Solar. Requirement of Diesel is minimized as we have solar option in our solution. Our offered solution is Cost Effective in comparison to conventional systems being used.

INTRODUCTION

India has vast border to be monitored round the clock. Currently Armed forces are using physical security measures during day and CFL or Conventional Lights (HPSV) to monitor the border during night which are dependent of availability of Grid/DG Power Source. CCTV based Security Surveillance systems are being used at very few places. Availability of Grid Power supply in remote areas is limited. Currently Lights at Border works on Diesel Generator at most of the locations as Grid Power supply is not regular. Transportation of Diesel and Maintenance of Generator in remote areas is a major issue. Use of solar energy for running of security and surveillance equipment in remote and high altitude areas as well as other Defense establishments is negligible. Remotely managed security solution (for lights as well as cameras) is very limited. Conventional system is expensive and requires frequent repairs.

So, our system can function round the clock in all weather and terrain. We offer Integrated System of Street/Border Light, CCTV Surveillance and Security Surveillance (Laser Curtain System). Our system also works on Solar Power System i.e. Self Powered System. SCOPE:

This report basically based on the concept of Solar Photo-Voltaic (SPV) Power technology. It also includes the guidelines that is concerned for planning of the SPV Power Systems for a security solution. These guidelines are provided with the facts which is to be needed to take into consideration for the selection of SPV Systems. It also contain some test results which clarify all the points.

HIT CELL TECHNOLOGY

6

Page 14: SemIV_DB_MTPSW

The HIT solar cell is basically made up of a monocrystalline silicon water which is surrounded by ultra-thin silicon layers of amorphous. It generate solar electricity on front as well as on back end.

QUALITY & SPECIAL FEATURES

HIT solar modules are perfectly pollution free, having no noise. It does not have any moving part. The new dimensions of HIT Modules enables adequate space saving installation. It also achives the maximum output power .

HIGH PERFORMANCE AT HIGH TEMPERATURES

It is having very low temperature co-efficient.HIT solar cell can has capability to maintain a higher efficiency than a conventional crytalline solar cell , even at higher range of temperatures.

The main reason to consider HIT is that it is dust free and air resistant .HIT has a feature which is unique & allow better efficiency even at high temperatures and also allow to produce more energy
