As experiências internacionais e os desafios brasileiros. O Brasil tem uma frota de veículos, especialmente a de caminhões, com idade avançada, o que gera problemas ambientais, econômicos e sociais. Este relatório apresenta as diretrizes levantadas sobre o assunto a partir do Seminário Internacional sobre Reciclagem de Veículos e Renovação de Frota, evento que foi realizado pela CNT, em Brasília, no dia 12 de agosto de 2010.
