Manejo
Antecedente de contacto con rubeola: serología aguda y a los 15 días
Vacunación: seroconversión del 95-98%, usar MAC por 3 meses, no usar en el embarazo (1% de infección)
Gamaglobulina no ha demostrado utilidad
