Open the folder where you have stored your sell house privately real

estate photos.

• Click onto the first image of your property photos,

• Right click with your mouse and open with

Paint.NET

On Paint.NET main menu click onto Image >>Resize

Use the re-sizing tool’s up / down controls and set your photo width anywhere marginally above

800 (w) x 600 (H) pixels. (Both width and height must be sized above recommended minimum size)

Once you’ve set sizing Click OK

Note - for smaller photo dimensions this tool will increase the image sizing however image quality will be com-

promised. For best results set your camera settings above the recommended 800 x 600 pixel dimensions and take

your photos. When decreasing or increasing the ‘Width’ of your photo the ‘Height’ will adjust automatically

using Paint.NET.

Set to ‘Best Quality’

Tick ‘Maintain as-

pect ratio’

Use the Up / Down sizing

tool to set image size to rec-

ommended minimum sizing

A ‘Save Configuration’ window will

pop-up. Click OK and your image is

ready to upload on Selling My House

mension before uploading to sellingmyhouse.com.au
