Tejon Street1
Tejon Street was once a neighborhood thriving with streetcars, commercial centers and residences. With the eventual deterioration of the streetcar, businesses began moving its location out of the neighborhood. Within the last few years, reinvestment into Tejon Street has brought businesses back into the area. Tejon Street’s proximity to downtown provides the corrridor with stunning views of Denver’s skyline and has attracted several developers to invest and build luxury condominiums, apartments and townhouses.
