Problems with the SOCIAL MIRROR• The Social Mirror is UNREALISTIC• Somehow the media has sold everyone that the lie looks are

everything….and be have BOUGHT it!

The Social accurate ISN’T ACCURATEyou are so much more than the opinions of others!!!

Self-TalkSelf-talk is the encouragement or criticism that you give yourself.

The Law of Positive Self-Talk states:  "You can change who you are by changing what you say when you talk to your mind.”
